Flank Steak Salad


Ingredients:

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

-Marinate steak in olive oil and balsamic vinegar

-Dressing: mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and pepper together

-Finley chop lettuce

- Sear steak and slice thin

- toss all ingredients together add salt and pepper and blue cheese crumbles
