Berry Cheese Tart






Ingredients:
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • fresh black berries
  • fresh blue berries
  • fresh strawberries
  • banana slices
  • thin apple slices
  • 1/4 cup tapioca pudding
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs coco powder

Streusel Topping

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter

Line 9 inch tart pan with crust. Make tapioca pudding and add coco powder to pudding. Lay out the pudding at the bottom of the tart. Combine fruit, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice on pastry. Set aside.

For streusel topping, in medium bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and the cheese. Cut in butter to form crumbs. sprinkle over berry mixture.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes and 400' F
