Ingredients:
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1/2 red or green bell pepper
- 1/2 small red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbs balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Slice cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and red onion mix together in serving dish. Next toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Best if u let let sit for a couple hours to flavors mix.
