
Ingredients:
2 TB goat cheese
2 TB pecans
1 green onion
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
dash salt and pepper
dash paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 TB olive oil
Saute mushroom caps in olive oil remove
Saute green onions, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and pecans in pan
Crumble goat cheese in mixture, do not melt cheese all the way
In bottom of mushroom caps fill with goat cheese
Place pecan mixture on top
Bake in oven at 350' for 5 min to let cheese melt
Remove and serve immediately.
