Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups non fat cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
8 ounces Fusilli noodles (spiral macaroni noodle) cooked and drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp parsley
Preheat oven to 325'
1. Blend cottage cheese in food processor until smooth
2. In large mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, flour, salt, white and black pepper, dry mustard.
3. Stir in shredded cheeses.
4. Add cooked macaroni and stir gently until well combined
5. spoon into a glass baking dish
6. Top with Parmesan, a little shredded cheese, paprika, and dash of pepper
Bake for 45 min until brown, sprinkle with parsley, serve
