Pumpkin Carmel Cheesecake Bread





Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
Carmel sauce
chocolate sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
1. mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl
2.with electric mixer in a separate bowl beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
3. combine cream cheese mixture with flour mixture.
4. squeeze Carmel into mixture and stir
5. pour in bread pan
6. bake in oven at 350' for 1 hour
7. drizzle top with chocolate and Carmel sauces and top with pecans
