Pecan Salmon Roll


Mmmm the Pecan Salmon Roll is probably one of my new favorite snacks to eat, it is better then just eating plane all salmon/tuna salad. It just has so much more flavor and is more satisfying to eat.
Pecan Salmon Roll recipe

2 cans of canned salmon
9 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp goat cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 finely chopped green onion
1 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup of pecans finely chopped


Cream together cream cheese, goat cheese, lemon juice, green onion, horseradish and cayenne pepper. add salmon and mix together. shape into a roll/log shape and refrigerate at least 2 hours. roll through pecans place on platter and serve with crackers.
