Coconut Mango Pie Tart


Perfect night time treat that satisfies your sweet tooth cravings. This pie tart filling resembles the filling of a custard or cheese cake with chunks of fresh mango. It is quite divine!
Servings 2-4


Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1/4 cup Powder sugar
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 TB butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbs Water


Directions:
mix together dry ingredients,Cut in butter to make crumbles, then add in the egg yolk. Add water, and knead dough together (add flour as needed.)


Filling ingredients:
- 1 mango cubed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Directions for filling:
- Mix together all ingredients 
- Roll out dough to a 12" by 12" circle 
- Place ingredients on one side of circle
- fold over dough and pinch crust sides together
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min or until crust is golden brown
- When dough is golden sprinkle coconut and left over mango on top and bake for 2 more mins or           until coconut is toasted.
